# Refund Policy

## **Returns**

We offer a **30-day return policy**, which means you have **30 days after receiving your item** to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the **same condition** as when you received it — **unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging**.  
A **receipt or proof of purchase** is also required.

**Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.**

## **Shipping for Returns**

You will be responsible for covering the **shipping cost** to return your item.  
Please note that **shipping charges are non-refundable**.

We strongly recommend using a **trackable shipping service**.  
KIDZEEHUB does **not guarantee** that we will receive your returned item.

## **Damages & Issues**

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.  
If the item is **defective, damaged, or incorrect**, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

## **Lost or Stolen Orders**

KIDZEEHUB is **not responsible** for lost or stolen orders that have been **confirmed as delivered** by the courier.  
We do not reimburse or replace orders once the courier marks them as successfully delivered.

## **Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

-   Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers, etc.)
-   Custom or personalised products
-   Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
-   Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

**Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.**

## **Exchanges**

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have.  
Once your return is approved, you can make a **separate purchase** for the new item.

## **Refunds**

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.  
You will be informed whether your refund has been **approved or denied**.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your **original payment method**.  
Please note that it may take additional time for your **bank or credit card company** to process and post the refund.
