  • How long does it take for me to receive my order?

    That depends on the country you are living. Generally the shipping time is between 5 to 20 days depending on the shipping company.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    You can change your shipping address only for orders that have not shipped out. Please send us a message on your new shipping address with proof of your purchase.

  • Will you keep my credit card information on file?

    No. While it may be more convenient for future orders, we prefer to take every possible action to eliminate security risk.
