Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately with the subject line “URGENT – ADDRESS CHANGE”.

If your parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are unable to offer compensation.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 2–4 days for tracking updates to begin reflecting movement.
